Well maintained RV lot, mostly uncovered outdoor storage, but also a few garages. Has a dump station and air pump. Good prices for the metro area.
Won't refund your deposit on his gravel RV spot...why have a deposit to begin with, should I sweep it out before I leave? Won't answer calls about it either. Edit....and apparently they lie about bills being paid. Have never not paid a bill in my life.
I had have had a great experience here. I store my RV here and have had no issues. The gates are always closed and site feels and seems very secure. I have always had pleasant interactions with employees. The site is clean and wide lanes for pulling through. I have a 42 foot 5th wheel and have never had any issues getting it into my back in space. Trailers and boats are secure behind a moving gate. The roads are gravel but mostly level with only a few small pot holes.
The theft at this place is unreal. After years of storing here we’ve had enough. Spoke to the midget owner and he could care less.
