Stay away! I just received a Facebook message from someone from an older post I made on Highlands Ranch Word of Mouth asking if anyone else had a poor experience with DRS. I checked to see if I had ever left them a review and, apparently, I had not. We had a terrible experience with this company, were lied to about things large and small and ultimately had to threaten a lawsuit to get our deposit back. Danny and DRS have been great to work with. Out of the thousands of roofing companies in the Denver area it's hard to find a company that operates based on principles. DRS is one of them! It's good to have a friend like Danny in the industry.
If there was an option for 0 out of 5, I would have given this company the rating. The GM for this company attacked my wife’s nail business without first speaking to her. I have called to try and speak to this company and they will not return calls and results to childish reviews instead of actually voicing concern to help a business. I am giving them a 0 out of 5 because when I have called to get a bid to roof my vacation home in Denver, there is no response. I presume they just don’t want any business.
I could not be more impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness I received through the entire process. I had never made a roof claim in all my years of home ownership and Danny Davis walked me through every step and reassured me they would take excellent care of my home! I highly recommend this company to al my friends and family!!
