Denver roof coatings did a roof recoating for our commercial building in Denver. Excellent service and quality of work. They cleaned up after themseleves, and our roof looks amazing! All of that, plus a 10 year warranty made for an excellent experience. I would gladly use them again.
We had a great experience! We were given a very clear appraisal and estimate. The process was communicated clearly and very well executed. I would highly recommend them for your project.
Spent plenty of time power washing to loosen all flakes, before sealing and painting. Also added fasteners for any loose lids (shingles), which was beyond their scope of work.
Andrew was on time for our appointment and was very efficient at assessing my roof issues and making recommendations. He was able to schedule me very quickly for such a small job. He was also upfront about pricing and got me a honest written quote within a few hours. Although I’m not ready to make the improvements at this time, I will consider Denver Roof Coatings in the future. Excellent interaction with Andrew.
Finished the new coating in one day then returned three days later to recoat a few small areas. Quite pleased with the job.
