She’s so Unprofessional if you deal with her, and ask to many questions she gets offended or offensive about her business. Watch and learn folks! P.S since you’ve responded to my comment, we are now happily in a larger, much nicer home for lesser of a price. The property was showed directly by the real estate agent, and we’ve also met the company owners who have been in business for over 40 years+. Madelyn was unprofessional and pushy. First off she wouldnt even show us the property. We were given a time and a code to a lock box on the door knob so we could show ourselves the property. We applied online. She sent us the lease agreement via email and were told payment is accepted online. We never met her in person. Only spoke via phone or text. We own a house in Denver, and have worked with Madelyn at Denver Real Estate Services for many years. She is the most professional property manager we've ever worked with. She is efficient, thorough, and has always found us great renters. She is honest and very astute when it comes to Denver real estate. We had worked with another firm at one point, but left and went back to Madelyn because she always handles any and all issues so quickly and professionally. I can't recommend her enough!

I have been a client of Madelyn's for many years, and she has always been very professional. She knows the Denver real estate market well, and she is the very best at finding contractors to fix home problems quickly and at the best rate possible. She is also great at finding excellent renters, and if someone drags their feet about renting a property, she knows to move on to a more qualified and communicative renter. She is always "just a phone call away", and we couldn't recommend her more highly.
