I have been working with DREM since fall of 2022. They are the best PM company i've worked with over 10 years as a landlord. They are professional, responsive, thorough and fair. Their advice is spot on. Their tenant management has been excellent thru good tenants and bad. Maintenance services seem prompt and fairly priced. Tasha is outstanding to work with, as are Dewey and Sean. I could not be more pleased working with them.

Very responsive and fair property managment company. Been with them creeping up on 2 years and any questions and repair requests have been responded to almost immediately, and fixed same day or next day. Dewy and Tasha are also both very friendly and helpful anytime I've needed further assistance outside of the app and direct contact with maintenence techs. Seems like a well buttoned up and smooth operation from top down.
