She always refers you to someone you don't need for your kids. PA is dumb as a brick. Nickels and dimes you with infinite referrals. Never answers her phone. Calls herself busy when in reality shes just ready to collect the next person's check.
She is rude and belittles me ad a parent. When i have questions she says i am a bad parent for not knowing.
