We ordered four cups as Christmas gifts. We asked for Monograms and a picture on each. We knew the pictures we wanted on two of the cups but the other two we had not decided yet. After several days I received an email that the cups were ready. I was surprised since we had not given them pictures yet. One cup didn't have a picture and the other had a picture that we really didn't care for. Very friendly and quicker than expected turn around time. I ordered a special request item and even with engraving it was only a matter of 3 or 4 days before I got the beautiful end product.
Love the new store. It's beautiful! I've been a customer for two years and have loved everything they've engraved. Always on time or earlier than expected on finished product. Great selection of other items in store.
