Terrible customer service provided rude staff. Dr Moon might be a figment of his own ego. As your primary for a referral to anyone else but this place.
My husband has been trying to get an appointment for three weeks by now. His doctor spoke with this clinic’s stuff on the phone and they confirmed that the referral has been received. Since it’s pretty much impossible to reach anyone on the phone, my husband went there today trying to schedule something and the two ladies on the front were nothing but simply rude and made no effort to help. This office literally held my prescription, that I take DAILY for seizures, HOSTAGE. I was almost out of my prescription, and was trying to make an appointment to get it renewed. I called and was told, only one person could book me. And then transferred to their VM. I called several times, as no one ever responded to me. This went on for almost a week. Read the negative reviews and save yourself a headache and find somewhere else. They don't care, getting ahold of anyone is impossible, you are just a number $$ to them.
The front office is amazing. Super friendly, easy to make appts and adjustments and empathetic. Linda and Kenneth saved me. Living with the pain I was in for a year and visiting 3 other doctors with no help or misdiagnosis leading to prescriptions that made my pain more severe, put my health both mentally and physically into a downward spiral.
