I cannot say enough good things about Carolyn Herbert, NP. She has been, without question, the best nurse practitioner I’ve worked with throughout my current health journey. She has shown genuine interest in understanding my symptoms and truly listened to everything I had to say. She did not make me feel rushed and took the time to explore my concerns in detail. Money grab, stay away. Tried unsuccessfully to get a diagnosis and treatment for my wife, for a year. She has a complicated case, so that part I get. BUT. Multiple, ongoing appointments with both Linda and Dr. Moon, with no real answers. Then as we tried to adjust meds or ask a question, every step required a new appointment - even after a long term plan was discussed and in place. I send a referral from my PCP to Dr Moon's office in February. In March, when I followed up, I was told I was on the waiting list. It's now June and after leaving 3 voicemails and writing 2 "contact us" emails asking for a phone call - CRICKETS!!! Can anyone tell me why I've been blown off like this? I find this to be highly unprofessional coming from a practice that claims to give compassionate, patient-centered care.
