The front office is amazing. Super friendly, easy to make appts and adjustments and empathetic. Linda and Kenneth saved me. Living with the pain I was in for a year and visiting 3 other doctors with no help or misdiagnosis leading to prescriptions that made my pain more severe, put my health both mentally and physically into a downward spiral. This office will not advocate for you as a patient within the health insurance system and I have never had such a negligent experience. I got a new job and new insurance, so one of the treatments for my migraines had to go through prior authorization again. If you don't have migraines, or central/brain/spinal issues avoid Dr. Moon. I saw Dr. Moon back in 2023 and am finally recovering from my actual problem, not the absolutely insane diagnosis he came up with. I asked him if I could have a particular diagnosis (which later was confirmed) and his answer showed he had no idea about the anatomy of the peripheral nervous system involved. Nurse Herbert was amazing! I've never experienced someone so knowledgeable and direct to help me with my epilepsy and meds! And I've known many neurologists. She told me my options and I was off and running. I'm looking forward to meeting Dr. Moon. This is an impressive outfit!
Carolyn is an excellent medical practitioner. She actively listens, is extremely knowledgeable and offers up potential solutions for very difficult conditions. I would recommend her and her practice to anyone seeking neurological care.
