Nurse Herbert was amazing! I've never experienced someone so knowledgeable and direct to help me with my epilepsy and meds! And I've known many neurologists. She told me my options and I was off and running. I'm looking forward to meeting Dr. Moon. This is an impressive outfit!
Carolyn is an excellent medical practitioner. She actively listens, is extremely knowledgeable and offers up potential solutions for very difficult conditions. I would recommend her and her practice to anyone seeking neurological care.
I've been seeing Dr. Moon for a few months now for complex spinal cord issues and he and his staff have been amazing! Dr. Moon is very smart and thinks outside the box! I feel like I'm finally on the right track to getting my complex issues dealt with! The staff is great also, always returning messages in a timely manner! I highly recommend this practice!
Still waiting for a call back from a Dr. been waiting for over 2 weeks. Not good at communicating. Front desk staff do not present in a very professional manner. I've only had one appointment here and so far I am not impressed. Not a lot of care it seems for patients
Ordering the correct MRIs on day 1 would have saved me months of excruciating pain and unnecessary medications, not to mention the hole burnt in my pocket from wasted medical expenses. A new provider recognized what was wrong on my initial visit, took immediate action and I made a full recovery within a few weeks after completing treatment. If you’re out of your depth, recognize that early on and refer the patient to more experienced providers!
