I send a referral from my PCP to Dr Moon's office in February. In March, when I followed up, I was told I was on the waiting list. It's now June and after leaving 3 voicemails and writing 2 "contact us" emails asking for a phone call - CRICKETS!!! Can anyone tell me why I've been blown off like this? I find this to be highly unprofessional coming from a practice that claims to give compassionate, patient-centered care.

Terrible customer service provided rude staff. Dr Moon might be a figment of his own ego. As your primary for a referral to anyone else but this place.
