I was lucky to get a great loan originator on the first try! I worked with Ross Barrett and he was excellent in every way. Easy to connect with no matter the time of day, prompt, and thorough. I know he had many other clients but even after multiple emails I never felt like "just another client". My first experience with Guild was great! My loan Officer was Andrew Milmoe who has since moved on to a different company! My second was not so great, I was interested in doing a refi with Guild and had some other great competing offers. Karla Kyte bragged over both email and phone about how much she could save me from keeping fees waived if the refi was done in house by guild and about how Quicken was notorious for adding points at high fees.
