Tristan Allen did a good job giving info. about the various models and what we could expect t from using them. We would seek him out if the need ever arises again.
I am not one who is comfortable walking into a store in general, especially when sales people are involved. So imagine my surprise when I felt my anxiety wane as I was greeted by Matthew, who answered all my questions, never pushed towards any option and stood by and helped by answering all my questions while I tried each bed sometimes multiple times.
