Absolutely no complaints with the mattress shopping experience, they have almost every manufacturer under one roof. We purchased the Doctor's Choice and and adjustable base and love both, our issue was with delivery. Three men, right on time. One asked to use the bathroom, the other two got right to work. When the one got out of the bathroom, I heard a loud noise like something fell. They moved quickly to put everything together and asked for the signature.
