Ordered a mattress at the Peoria store for a family member that is moving out of state. The salesperson at the Peoria store was very helpful and answered all my questions about how best to do that. I ordered the mattress in store and the local salesperson even called the closest store to the move location to check availability and schedule a delivery date within that store’s system. I very much appreciated the great service I received.
Josh was extremely helpful in showing us options that fit our needs for a new mattress! He explained the possible features we could upgrade but didn’t try to upsell us just for the sake of commission. We would go to him again!
