Todd assisted in helping my wife and I purchase a new mattress today. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He was able to articulate the differences between different styles and product lines. I give Todd a 5 star. As for the store, we did not care for the fact the mattress was displayed and advertised on “clearance” but it was only disclosed close to time of purchase that “clearance” is actually a pre-used mattress that another customer returned.
