I have been going to Jessica for 2 years now and she's been great at helping me relieve the tension around my shoulders and helping me show some exercises to help with that
Jessica is fantastic- she offers wonderful prenatal and postpartum massage and I am sharing her name with all of my mama friends!
I have gotten massages for years and I find that most massage therapists generally do similar variations (which I can't complain about!) but they can get kind of old and predictable. Hands-down, the best massage I have ever received! I have had massages from several therapists and I have never had one be so completely thorough. Jessica uses a mixture of techniques that I found to be absolutely blissful.
