This is the second time they ripped me off. The first time they erased my Office Suite and did not know how to get it back, so I had to purchase a new license ($250) with no help. This last time, after having the machine for a week, they did nothing. Malware, popups, keyboard issues, was all still there. Also, when presenting a complaint, they are distant and show little to no effort in repairing the harm done to the customer (equipment, money, time, software).
