they charge you up front even when insurance pre-approved. Charged me $516. insurance paid promptly. service was on Sept 9,2015. as of today Feb 26,2016, I have not been refunded. After many phone calls still no answer. Can't even get return calls. Cannot get a phone # to the Houston offices, (the home base and where accounts payable are). They are collecting interest on my money. It sounds like they practice this, after seeing other reviews
