!HOURS need to change Closes at 5-5:30 NOT 6! Parking lot is also confusing first time there. Toll booth has no purpose? Services are good. Took off stars only because of actual location not services.
Clinic staff is friendly, provider was great with my kids (which why I'm giving them the 3 stars). They screwed up and only got 1 child's insurance done correctly. Not sure why they weren't both managed the same way. Received a call from billing for these "self pay" claims and was accused by Lorena (billing office) of not providing the information previously which was incredibly unfounded. This clinic has recently changed its policies in a way that no longer feels inclusive to all patients. Unfortunately, a language interpreter was not provided for my mom, and the staff was unwilling to accommodate that essential need. Additionally, it seems the clinic staff are not all on the same page, leading to miscommunication and frustration for patients. This experience was disappointing and concerning.
