Do NOT rely on pharmacy by mail. This pharmacy is by far the most incompetent Ive ever dealt with. The latest saga is they printed out the labels, and USPS has not received it but the Indian lady on the phone told me that is USPS problem and not theirs. So what am I supposed to do, forgo my meds? Save yourself trouble and don't rely on them to do their job.
Parking a nightmare but service always good.
They'll answer your questions. The ticket system works well to keep lines down. If your prescription was marked ready but isn't for some reason they'll get it as quickly as possible.
Denver health pharmacies in general are 9/10 way better than other pharmacies, this particular one has some pretty great employees they are all very friendly and helpful and professional except one, thus my 4/5 stars. She’s an Asian woman black hair always looks like she hates her job. I have encountered her a couple times and each time she is not very pleasant maybe burnout? maybe she’s just unhappy I don’t know, she could be a bit more professionally polite when declining to assist someone with a question and maybe explain... read more
