Impatient!!!
We had AG/Fabian out to measure and replace a custom glass shower door which was installed wrong by another glass company. DGI made everything work well. They paid attention to detail and cared for our home. Thank you
Denver Glass Interiors installed our glass wall with shower door for our steam shower. They encountered a problem with measurements or something with the first attempted installation. Hey I totally understand no problem. The second installation was great and lasted until now, which has been over two years. The shower door is no longer square which means it is hitting at the top by an 1/8 of an inch and just needs a little adjustment because they did not tighten the screws enough so they came loose. Their installers put in a door so uneven it genuinely looked like a kindergartner had hung it. It took months of back-and-forth before their commercial installers finally came out and installed a door that actually hangs straight apparently their residential installers don’t know how to hang a straight door- thats what they told us directly Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there.
