Lack of empathy - I was really disappointed by the lack of communication from this office. I called twice during normal business hours and was unable to get anyone on the phone, then left multiple voicemails that were never returned. For a fertility specialist’s office, that kind of silence feels especially discouraging. My husband and I started at Denver Fertility Care in Nov 2024 after being referred by my OB/GYN. Over the past year and a half, we underwent 4 IUI cycles (2 additional which were cancelled), and 2 rounds of IVF. We successfully conceived a baby on our 2nd round of IVF, and are so grateful to be on this side of the process! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Ambler. I was scheduled for an appointment and when I got here they refused to see me because the appointment date did not match the order date. I was scheduled just fine and was never told anything. I drove all the way here and was told I couldn’t be seen and I shouldn’t have been scheduled.
