I was scheduled for an appointment and when I got here they refused to see me because the appointment date did not match the order date. I was scheduled just fine and was never told anything. I drove all the way here and was told I couldn’t be seen and I shouldn’t have been scheduled.

I cannot recommend Denver Fertility Care enough - they are absolutely incredible and the reason I am now a mom! I was diagnosed with PCOS after stopping birth control, and started working with Ellen last summer to manage my symptoms with the goal of getting pregnant. Did not meet expectations. I could write pages of the issues my wife and I have with this practice, but I’d rather just leave a synopsis. For those who have left 5 star reviews, was there some special payment you made to receive better care? The practice you describe sounds almost nothing like the one I experienced. Two stars because the front office staff was always kind and respectful, the nurses were helpful, and the procedures my wife underwent were (almost) all successful.
