I had a successful pregnancy and wonderful experience when I was a patient a few years back, and navigating it all during Covid. The team was amazing. I wanted to come back to try again but my insurance didn’t cover here. I’m back and so far couldn’t be happier. The kindness of the entire team so far has once again been helpful, kind, generous, and welcoming

Terrible experience. The coordination of care fee is is joke. First, they sent all of my prescriptions for the IVF medications to an Out-of-Network pharmacy. Right before I was about to pay, I asked the pharmacy why the medications were so expensive and they informed me it was because they were out-of-network with my insurance. What is the point in paying the expensive coordination of care fee if they are just going to send the prescriptions to whomever they pick!? I wonder if they get kickbacks from this pharmacy. I've given this clinic nearly 3 months to resolve this issue privately. I was assured that an advocate or manager would contact me about my experience, but since that's yet to happen, here I am. Please let this serve as a warning if you're considering this clinic and ask ahead of time who the anesthesiologist will be. Unfortunately I don't know the man's name, despite asking staff for it both same day and days after the procedure. He needs to be reported for this behavior, because I'm sure I'm not the only one who's had this... read more
