During my first counseling session with Preston Shelton, the LPCC repeatedly described my situation as a crisis, using the analogy of a “house engulfed in flames” and communicating that medication was the only way forward. Fear-inducing clinical communication and perceived coercive pressure is what I experienced during my initial visit. Someone who told me that medication was the only way out (again during my 1st visit) here I am 1 year later with no medication and living peacefully not thanks to Preston or their staff, but the almight lord Jesus Christ!
If i could give them no stars I would. They do not answer the phone, they not return emails. They do not reach out to you. There is zero communication between this facility and the client's. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for months. With no prevail.
