The staff was very friendly and very informative!
Terrible service. My wife was forgotten in a patient room, and was waiting for an hour and a half, after the fact being checked in, was brought to a room, then was being told that she would be seen shortly. But obviously she was forgotten, they wouldn’t admit to making that mistake, lied that she got “double booked”, then was referred to another place to get DIAGNOSED, when she was there to get the diagnosis! Waited an hour and a half
I have been coming to DDP since the inception. I followed Dr. Rentz from his prior practice. Amazing is the only word I can come up with!
Dr. Rentz and his team are amazing! The ladies at the front desk and the MA's are always kind & helpful. The new PA, Daniel is a welcomed addition. He did an injection in my hand and it made a huge difference. It has also lasted longer than previous ones. I'm truly grateful for each and everyone of them! Thank you, Donna Wilcox, 5/2/2025
