I work down the hall from this office and am requesting that the owner (whoever has recently replied to the reviews) reach out to me because when you closed unexpectedly in October 2025 your patients have been bombarding us with questions as to what happened to Dr. Grabiak, how they can request records since the website is down, and where their expensive healthcare equipment is that they purchased upwards of 6 months ago now. We are worried about Dr. Grabiak and would like answers as well as your patients deserve their paid ... read more
Super sad to see these folks go… but wow the closure was rough. We had just invested a lot of money, and we were unable to get records for anything for months. No explanation, no help to get records… everything was awesome while we were there, but the amount of money we invested to get into the practice and then get dropped on our faces without any communication was hurtful financially and emotionally.
Incredibly frustrated with the closure of this office. First, their services are highly overpriced. I paid for services which included years of follow up visits for my sons. I should also have access to a replacement for the appliances I purchased without additional cost. I'm out thousands of dollars. They commented saying they have someone to handle messages, but when you call the office there's no option to leave a message. If there is a new number, please respond and provide it
