My partner and I have been living at the Denver Creek apartments for jut about 1 year now. We've had nothing but good experiences with management, neighbors, the area, etc. Location is amazing, especially for students attending BSU. The units aren't the nicest, but management is performing complete renovations on each unit that becomes vacant. New appliances, new vinyl flooring, new lights/fixtures, new drywall where needed, new bathroom amenities, etc. The only downside I've experienced here is the parking lot is quite tigh... read more
