I’ve gone to the Chop house on several occasions. We’ve gone for Valentine’s Day and the night my husband proposed. We’ve never been disappointed until Mother’s Day this year. I understand that we had a larger party (18 people) and were going on a holiday which is to say we expected slower service with food and drinks. Great service. Ginger old fashioned was delicious. New Orleans BBQ Shrimp and Filet mignon were perfect 🏼
Called in for a beer after the Rockies game cancelled. Really lovely pub great decor and attentive helpful staff. And the beer was great
Had a wonderful dinner, everyone there was so nice. Our waiter even took a picture of us outside in front of the building.
