We are from New Jersey. We visited Colorado for a week and heard much about the Chophouse. Everything we heard about the restaurant was on the mark and more!!! The drinks (especially their Whisky and home brewed beers) are off the charts!!!! AMAZING!! We ordered Filet Mignon, Sea Food dish, Rib Eye, T-Bone and so much more.... Had French onion soup was flavorful but barely warm. Ordered the sirloin Oscar because it was the smallest cut being a 10oz. The steak was not very tender and was too rare for me so I sent it back to be cooked a little more. It arrived with new crab and burniase sauce wich was nice and the steak was better. The BBQ shrimp was cooked perfectly but not a big fan of the sauce was a little bitter and spicy. Might try again when I'm back in Denver
Went for our anniversary and was very disappointed in service and atmosphere. I was so looking forward to a nice dinner out since we don't venture to new things often. I guess we will stick with tried and true.
I ordered the prime rib, very very good ill be back.

The food was delicious and our waiter was friendly and very attentive, even though it was a busy night. The place is known for the steaks, but the crab cakes were amazing. Definitely a must go.

Tonight was amazing! The BlackBerry beer I had was one I wish I could buy in a store. My girlfriend had the chicken picatta which she always loves. I had the chef special, which was halibut over a crab cake and topped with the most amazing Portobello mushroom. I had dreams about this meal while I slept later that night. We come here 2 to 3 times a year, and usually get the salmon, which is delicious. This time, my chef special was meal I will remember for awhile. I wish I could have it all the time!! I have been here 4 other times in the past. But this time it was upsetting that there Bourbon list they charge more without ice then with it and don’t say it on the menu. I would of still bought the drinks are the higher price if they were just open up front. This was after the short ribs I had ordered were over cooked and dry about 1/3 of it was so over cooked and dry it was hard as a rock and the brussel sprouts were burnt. Awesome food. I attended a special wedding dinner there Sunday night. Great food, great service!
My husband and I held a private gender reveal here very last minute (after huge problems from the steakhouse we originally booked). They were incredibly accommodating. Huge thanks to our server Craig for making it such a special evening. The food was impeccable as always. Could not ask for more.
