My rep was nice and responsive. He reserved a spot on the truck the same day and was able to Give the best rice in the area. I made it clear with the driver that I had plane reservations on March 25th and I was told many times not to worry that my car would be picked up before I left. But what??? Had to convince them to pick up on the date requested because it was not possible for us to deliver it to the carrier on any other day. Then the car arrived a day late but without any scratches.
