Front desk staff and PT's are excellent.
Don't get stuck in a traffic jam and be a few minutes late! My husband drove 50 minutes across town to an appointment with Dr. Trainor and arrived 4 minutes late because of a traffic jam. He was told to leave and that he would have to reschedule his appointment at a later date because he was late.
The address listed is wrong. They are in suite 200! Second floor. Not 104. After wandering the building with no directory available, I finally had to call. By the time I got there, they wouldn’t see me. I’m typically a little early to appointments. Also, if you’re scheduling people, and you require them there 30 mins early, to fill out paperwork, schedule the appointment 30 mins earlier. Simple time management. They offered to reschedule me a week out? While I’m in back pain seeking treatment? No thanks.
