I had a heating issue with my LG dryer and also it didn't start sometimes so I needed to get professional assistance since I know very little about appliances. I called this company on my friend's recommendation. The technician came the same day I called, he was pretty friendly and attentive. I had to have my heating element replaced. The technician had all the necessary staff and replaced the faulty part in an hour.
I've used Denver Appliance Repair twice before, so when my dishwasher stopped filling with water, I called these guys again. The technician gave me a call 30 min prior and arrived on time. He identified the problem quickly and gave me a reasonable repair price. He finished the work in about 40 minutes. I'm completely satisfied and would not hesitate to call them in the future!
Alex was prompt and courteous. Fixed our refrigerator (frozen drain line) and cleaned our condenser coils in a little less than an hour. He gave suggestions to help our refrigerator running smoothly and efficiently and was extremely professional. Would highly recommend these folks to anyone!
Our refrigerator has been leaking all over the floor, so I called Denver Appliance Repair in the hope of help. The repairman came out on time and diagnosed our refrigerator problem in about 10 min. Then, he ordered the part and two days later he came back to fix the problem. I highly recommend these guys if you need fast and professional appliance repair service.
I would not recommend this company. Our oven wasn't heating properly and after the technician came to diagnose the problem, he said they would need to order a part that would cost $600 to install. After waiting 3+ weeks for the part to arrive my patience was exhausted. I requested a refund, but they were unable to refund my deposit so I had to create a claim with my credit card company.
