I could have possible been happier with Gentle Hands Movers. Deshaud, Shane, Doug and JD were exceptionally hardworking. More importantly, they were polite and they treated my home and my belongings with incredible respect. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
I had an unpleasant experience with them. 1) there estimate for moving was way off. Like by more than 50% off. Considering the initial move from the condo to storage (with them) could have been off because they didn’t have an accurate idea of what had to be moved, I do not understand how the move from the warehouse to the house could also be that off. 2) they broke a tv stand and lost two pieces of hardware from an expensive standing mirror that made the mirror unusable. Average, or a little below average.
These men hands are so general and efficient packing skills, they didn’t even break my light bulb on my lamps. #hands#skills#
