Words can't express and satisfaction and gratitude to Russ and Tonya (aka DentZ) for the work done on our 2024 Honda CRV. Pummeled by hail the CRV had hundreds of dents covering every body panel. Not sure what technique or magic Russ used but to our astonishment, when we got the vehicle back it looked brand new. Close inspection couldn't find a single evidence of the hail damage. Dentz is the best! I’ve used them twice now to repair unfortunate ding damage for my Tahoe. Both times I’ve been delighted by their results. Highly recommended!
Called today and she said that he would be in the Glen Burnie location 1-5 pm. Also told me to stop by so he coud look at in person after I sent pictures. Arrived at 4 pm and no one was there. Called again and she said she would check and then that he just left. I asked if he was coming back and no response. It took me 45 minutes to get there in traffic. I will not be returning.

I would highly recommend this shop. Paul is the guy I dealt with. He’s polite, professional and honest. He lets you know up front if he can fix it or not. You won’t be disappointed.
