I went in to for extractions and a set of dentures. The extractions went well but the dentures were poor. They were not aligned with the midline of my face. They weren't centered and the teeth were big for my face and the bite was off on both pair. The second pair have caused huge sores on my gums and are very painful. Have lost 10 lbs because I cannot eat with them or without them. Never saw the dentist for his expertise in the impression taking process nor did they give me information on what I could do to adjust to them. ... read more
Very unprofessional! Also, do not book online. I was in pain needing a tooth extracted so i got online and planned a appointment which I later show up to after accommodating my schedule just to find out they can't take me for over another month. They gave me a false sense of security and just left me hanging in pain. The online booking is a joke!
