RAVE..Dr.Kasem gets a A+ from this RN. Called on Saturday, Thanksgiving weekend and he met me at the Ocoee office that afternoon. He was kind, compassionate and very straightforward. Got a prescription for infection/pain that worked quickly. Met him at the Clermont office Tuesday and the job was done. Professional and recommendation in my best interest. Above and beyond. Staff were delightful and every thing done to a tee. Excellent treatment and care
I attended one of Dr. Kasem'seminars on Implants and Dentures. He was very thorough in explaining differences between the two and the pros and cons of each. He told us what to expect when having any of the procedures done. He answered all questions very honestly with no BS. He was very upfront about everything. I then went to 2 other dentists in this area and one in Orlando. I wasn't impressed with their presentations and how they would proceed in my situation. I decided on Dr. Kasem. Dr Kasem is an honest straight forward dentist with a perfectionist mindset. He performed an implant on me that needed bone and gum grafting to be done right and although it was a long process I so appreciate it being done correctly. I’m thrilled to have my smile back.
