Can't seem to get a call back from the office manager. After many phone calls requesting that she calls me, still I have heard nothing. Very disappointing.

Dr. E and Richard took really good care of me along with other staff! Excellent service and the staff at the front was amazing too! I can’t suggest them enough, I was shocked at how well they took care of me! Thank you guys
I would give ZERO stars if I could. This garbage business has no idea of customer service, their name on email appointments and building are different which confused my elderly mother so she was a 5 minutes late to her appointment and they sent her away after she waited almost a month for her appointment. If you don't have the staff - then dont take in new patients, it's that simple. Dont make people wait a month, only to say you are short staffed and cannot take in the patient 5 minutes late to their appointment. Businesses... read more
