I feel the most important thing Denture Essentials is lack of is acknowledging customers/clients msgs. I am a new customer and I got my denture Nov 1. They wanted me to sign my insurance stating I accept my denture without trying it on. I refused. I waited in the room for a while. Amy was not busy. Amy took her time.When she put the upper denture in my mouth, it hurted really bad like it was rubbing on my bone. Amy said it will adjust. I believed her so I signed the insurance paper. Worst place in the world!! Avoid this place at all cost. Nothing but excuses and lies, took over 9 months to get partials, tons of cancelled appointments and outrageous excuses only to get partials and be told they are only for appearance and not for using. Planning to file fraud charges on this company.

My lower denture Is broke I can eat they don't do anything to rectified since day is keep blowing you off You call them they don't answer my teeth of broken in 3 places Sense I've Got them a little over your ago I have call Have not heard thing back Dey don't care
