there’s really actually sadly nothing i can say in this post to truly get through to you how horrible this place has made my life within the past year, so instead i have written a haiku: scorched walls closing in, mind and room both suffocate, nowhere left to breathe.
Denton Student Apartments / B.HOM Student Living: Incompetent management, unsafe living conditions, and persistent pest issues that are not properly addressed.As a parent, I would never recommend this to anyone. Students deserve better. Period. If you’ve had similar issues, consider sharing your experience on review sites and social media so others can make informed decisions.

WHY I WON’T BE RENEWING! I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to share my experience. I’ve been living here for almost two years. During my first year, before the new management took over, things were actually great. Other than not having regular pest control, the old staff were friendly, and maintenance requests were handled quickly. The price was also reasonable around $865 for a spacious one-bedroom, one-bath apartment.
