I've been living here since September and it's been great. I would definitely recommend living here. Mercy the business manager is awesome.
Terrible management and lack of accountability at The Lights Apartments. I reported an animal infestation inside my dishwasher over four months ago, and despite multiple emails, in-person visits, and even a direct meeting with the manager, no action has been taken. The issue has escalated to property damage, including my personal belongings and food, yet management remains unresponsive. PART TWO OF MY REVIEW, FIRST PART UNDER “RATCHBOI” AS I WAS TYPING THIS A ROACH CRAWLED ALL OVER MY ARM Finally, the worst part of all, the complex wide infestation of roaches i have ALSO been complaining about for 8 months.
