As a landlord looking to request information for their previous tenant, I tried to get in touch with them for 5 days. When they finally answered the phone, their systems were down and they couldn’t retrieve any information about previous tenants with no known date for when their systems would be working again. They couldn’t process new prospective tenants either. Terrible management. Terrible communication. I wouldn’t rent from such a disorganized, incapable company.
ave you ever wanted an indoor water feature inside of your apartment? Will now you can! Everytime it rains your apartment will flood and ruin all of your furniture, who doesn't want that? In all seriousness do not rent from here no matter how good of a deal it sounds. The apartment complex broke a Texas state law by not providing information that the apartments have flooded in the last 5 years. I have lost count of the number of students who have been desperate for help because their AC has been out, for weeks or months, in the Texas summer heat. They can’t get through to management via phone or email. These practices are unethical, predatory, and illegal. Do not rent here.
DO NOT RENT HERE. DO NOT RENT HERE. I cannot warn anyone enough about this company. They are abusive, manipulative, and will become your greatest enemy. I could write paragraphs about my issues while living here. Took 5 months to get a dishwasher when I moved in. My a/c has been broken all of August and they LIED about the reason (the reason is they are too lazy to fix it and don’t care about us). Upstairs sink hasn’t worked in weeks. Roaches. So many roaches. What are you even doing? It's not habitable. It's not acceptable. It's not clean. A report has been sent to fair and safe housing and there are more to come. Unbelievable.
