Lauren is very helpful she made the process headache free and enjoyable. I know where we will live if we decide on UNT.
I've had a great experience at Denton Student Apartments! Maintenance handles a lot of requests, but they genuinely work hard to get issues resolved and do their best with the workload. Whenever I have an issue, Dylan in the office has been a huge help! In our interactions, I’ve noticed that while she has a lot on her plate juggling competing priorities, she still manages to be helpful, professional, and responsive. Overall, it's been a positive place to live.
My daughter and I had a wonderful experience touring this apartment complex! Dylan was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire tour. The property was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. We truly appreciated the hospitality and enjoyed our visit. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend taking a tour!
David was helpful and professional. He answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed to start an application.
Stopped in to look at my apartments with my sister and Lauren was so friendly and informative and had amazing customer service. When we come back we will definitely consider this place!
