Roaches. So many roaches. What are you even doing? It's not habitable. It's not acceptable. It's not clean. A report has been sent to fair and safe housing and there are more to come. Unbelievable.
While I have not been a tenant of these complexes, I have been waiting for a response for the past 5 days for the missing information I need to enter for the application to The Metro., despite the fact the application was completely filled out, submitted and approved by The Metro themselves. i currently live at a complex managed by denton student apartments. over the past year of my lease, my complex alone has faced: rampant cockroach infestations with deleted requests for treatment by management, going without hot water for as long as 6 days with the office ignoring calls and messages, and now more notably a devastating flood that has left me without housing for a month now. on june 3rd of this year a storm caused flooding throughout 40 units at my complex, including my own unit. i was fortunate enough to be ab... read more
DO NOT RENT HERE! I understand staff are mostly college students but they can never get back to you. Nor does the manager AMBER, she came by to “inspect” the property after a leak and never came back after telling her “assistant” what to get from home depot. It was all a stunt. I have had my sink OUT OF COMMISSION for FOUR MONTHS. THERES NASTY BLACK STUFF IN THE DISH WASHER. I NEED TO WASH DISHES IN THE BATHROOM SINK. Paying more somewhere else will save you hundreds. The people who “run” this complex are complete jokes. I’m unsure who actually even owns these properties because I’ve been renting from them for not even two years and we’ve had 3 different managements come through because they just can’t be saved. They are literally scamming students and each team that comes through doesn’t care which is why the management keeps changing.
