I strongly do not recommend this facility. On New Year’s Eve, the female staff member working at the reception displayed extremely rude, aggressive, and at times intimidating behavior. Such an unprofessional and hostile attitude is completely unacceptable in a rehabilitation center, where patients require respect, empathy, and a sense of safety. My grampa is in this rehabilitation for his health and some of the employees are ok some of the other are not. But after all it is a safe reliable home rehabilitation for passing away elder, super reliable and super friendly supported of employees thank you for you help and service for all the wonderful people who help my family and others
I work in a hospital and had a patient who wanted to go to Denton Rehab. I called and got a fax number and attempted 3 times, fax never went through. I called back and they did not have another fax # to give me but provided an email. I emailed it and asked for confirmation the referral was received. I never received confirmation. I called twice and left messages and sent a f/u email and no one returned my calls to confirm the referral was received, they are processing it, etc. Poor service.
Far above my expectations. Accommodations were exceptional I felt like I was on vacation (other than backpain). Everyone was very personable & professional. The food was excellent, activities were fun & provided a place for the group to gather & participate. Overall I was pleasantly blown away...best I could have imagined.
There are some exceptional Staff working in physical therapy, nursing and others. PT stand out by far is Je Ji. Gina in OT is quite good. Nursing Staff Irene, Lauren Anne and Olu are exceptional. Floor Aid Benita and Bill in Housekeeping are very helpful. Background noise can be distracting at times.
