During my stay following knee replacement surgery, the amount of care I received was very good. The nurses and aides were very caring, patient and helpful. The physical therapy was exceptional. Armando and Gedgie (?) were the best. They worked very hard getting me to be able to climb stairs. My living quarters in my daughter’s house, where I live, are upstairs and I am able to climb the stairs because of them working every day helping me conquer that goal. This place is horrible I don’t recommend this place to anybody. The charge nurses are very hateful, nurse aide don’t never check in on there patients. I set with my loved one for hours and not once was she checked on when I was there Don’t take your loved one here check for other facilities. First.
My grandmother was transferred to Denton Rehabilitation from Presby Hospital. We had hope this would be a good experience based on the brand new facility, however, this was not the case. Starting off with arrival, the transport and I walked in with my grandmother and inquired at the front desk about her transfer, the employee there just directed us forward with no checkin.
