Very hot first night for my mom, until I brought a fan. GPS had me go in the backway and the 2nd time I came to the back/side door, the nurse didn't want to let me out that way (single mother w/2yo baby in stroller) saying I couldn't see the code (she prob forgot it) and that I would just keep coming in the wrong way when nobody told me the first time! She then said I needed to go to the office so the social worker could explain the hours to me. I mentioned the gps thing she told me, "this is GPS". Nigerian attitude mayb?

Looks nice on the outside and my sister's father in-law is there so we wanted to move my mom there. The person I was told in charge of admissions is named Oakley. In my opinion, he is way in over his head and unprofessional. Not only does he not check his voicemail or return calls, he is incompetent when it comes to admissions of new patients. During my stay following knee replacement surgery, the amount of care I received was very good. The nurses and aides were very caring, patient and helpful. The physical therapy was exceptional. Armando and Gedgie (?) were the best. They worked very hard getting me to be able to climb stairs. My living quarters in my daughter’s house, where I live, are upstairs and I am able to climb the stairs because of them working every day helping me conquer that goal.
