Only one elevator works in the Prof Bldg. No sign to let clients know. When you alert the staff in the doctors offices, they state they don’t own the bldg, maintenance is aware, and they have been waiting for a part for two months. Very poor excuse, very poor customer service by Karen in Dr. Dwivedi’s office.
