They cancelled three appointments so that they could do a more expensive surgery fair another patient. We were a second class patient the whole time. Had almost a month from the first appointment to the in office procedure and they quoted 128.00 never sent it to insurance u til after the procedure when then charged 472.00. Over charged, second class patient. Not very professional and unethical in my opinion.
