AMAZING SERVICE! My college son's VW Passat was stuck in Drive on the Dash and in Park on the shifter. We had car towed in over the weekend and met with them when they opened at 8:00 am to discuss issue. John diagnosed and called back by 9:00 am that the shift cable was broken. They had part in stock and could get done by Noon. Explained I was flying out in the afternoon to head back home and John said they would pull car back in and fix right away.
