A clear 'bait and switch' after having you jump through hoop after hoop all along the way. They are not to be trusted. During the subsequent discussions regarding your questions, it was noted that a third individual would also be staying at the home. this company is by far the worst ive ever used and seen. I have babies and they arent fixing my a.c. they make us call the home owners warranty companys to get help even though they womt help us cause its not our home. our water broke and poured into our home and the managment company owner told us to just leave it running he doesn't want to deal with it. it took them 3 months to fix out dish washer...
