Please do not ever take your pet here! Dr. Moorhead was horrible! No compassion! I was given the choice of pay $2800, go into debt with $2800 on high interest credit or surrender my sweet boy so he could get the care he needed. They used terms like “long road ahead of him for treatment” and stated “If you can’t pay, an organization will if you surrender him”. It was all about money, greed! Sasha was my first four-legged furry baby and she brought so much joy into my life! I was not prepared to lose her but this facility helped me so very much. The compassion the vet and Jennifer showed me was exceptional! I apologize I do not remember the vet's name, but she was very professional and caring at the same time. AWFUL place to take your animal. The nurses and staff are so unsympathetic and rude. I do not recommend this place I will never be back here. Let me save you guys a trip. For Catheter care its 4K. I was a bit blown away by the price and was unsure if I’d be able to afford the funds right then and there, nurse says euthanasia is an option and has a awful attitude saying “we will figure out after life care later” that obviously sets me off with her lack of care what so ever.
