Had a really great experience today buying our pre-owned Crosstrek. Michelle was incredibly helpful and made the experience so easy going and pleasant. She took time showing me how to use all the new gadgets and walked us through everything and offered to help with any questions if we wanted to call her after we left. Handling financing with David was also a smooth process and he was incredibly nice. Really glad we ended up going with this dealership out of the places we had checked out.
My wife and I stopped by late one afternoon to see what Ram trucks were available for purchase. We were greeted by a friendly face named Kynlee who listened to our wants in a vehicle. She showed us two Ram’s and the second one was exactly what we were looking for. Brannon helped us with the financial paperwork. Kynlee and Brannon both were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. They were not pushy or trying to sell us something we did not want. Terrible customer service!!! DO NOT TAKE your vehicle here. My truck has been here for over a month and the people working there can’t seem to call me back or give me answers about when it’ll be completed. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
So my car has been in there in service for 8 days for a water pump and a emission leak due to inspection fail. Nevertheless the battery has gone done and it doesn't start. We'll the service they proposed required it to run so apparently I needed a new battery for another $516. Just bought a new battery a couple of months ago. I asked them to charge it and continue so they want $98 to charge it now. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Who knows what's next!
Worst experience ever. my van spent OVER a month with these guys and not only did they not make my situation any better but my van was actually worse after being there on 2 separate occasions. i was promised multiple critical timely inspections that never happened. and SOMEONE that has still never come forward actually broke my drivers side rear view mirror. it was replaced in the most inadequate way and took more than 2 weeks to have it replaced. i was told about a possible electrical issue with my fuel pump but that's it a... read more
