I came in for an emergency visit as a new patient and as you can imagine, walking into any dentist office for the first time can be a terrifying experience. With that said, I had an amazing experience with Dr. Melkumian, her assistant, and front desk (I’m sorry I couldn’t remember your names!) As a nurse myself, I was impressed by their patience and bedside manner. My emergency was addressed with a clear plan, and I felt great knowing I am in good hands moving forward.
