We had an absolutely five-star experience at Dentologem in Westfield. From the front desk staff to Dr. Tatevik Melkumian, everyone was compassionate, professional, and incredibly responsive. Dr. Melkumian came to my husband’s rescue when he developed a hematoma after a bone graft procedure. I have to talk about the amazing experience I had here at Dentologem. I booked an appointment here last minute after one of my fillings fell out and got in within the week. I’m usually a very anxious patient at the dentist and I cannot express how comforting and welcoming the staff here was to me. As someone who struggles with dental anxiety, I was terrified about needing an extraction with bone graft. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel calm and supported. The dentist took time to explain the procedure, checked in with me often, and was incredibly gentle. I’m honestly blown away at how well the surgery went. Absolutely recommend Dentologem to anyone! I had terrible toothache on a weekend and they accepted us no problem in a few hours. I went to another dentist for the pain a few days earlier, but they worked on another tooth, thinking the pain came from the other tooth. George is very friendly and professional.
