The level of professionalism and urgency did not meet expectations. As a patient, you trust a dental office to handle your care and records responsibly, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. I would not recommend this office based on how my situation was handled. Patients deserve better communication, transparency, and respect.
Dr's. Wong & Tang are consummate professionals! Exceptional work and the kindest and caring people! I recommend them without hesitation. Their staff is excellent and also exceptional in their care of patients.
We recently moved to the area and needed to find a dentist that could do both pediatrics (for our 5 year old) and general dentistry. Found them on through our insurance and could not be happier! So easy to schedule over the phone and the hygienist who worked with our daughter was incredible - so sweet and patient! It's so tough to find a dentist that is calm and not pushy - we feel lucky to be with them!
