Have been using SUNDANCE in Buckeye, AZ for four years. They've done a good job with the basics such as cleaning etc. However: Just recently, needed serious dental work (crown). Prices were astronomical, the equivalent of my monthly Social Security check. If you have plenty of cash, go for it. If not, find another dentist.

SCAM!!!! BEWARE OF PREDATORY AND OVERCHARGING OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES!!!!!! I read reviews prior to going and saw there was a mixed bag of opinions and have never felt worse coming out of a dentist appointment. They tried to charge me $500 out of pocket for a laser treatment and when I refused they said they will give me half off for the full treatment (never a good sign when your dentist is trying to negotiate with you to pay out of pocket). For years I have visited my dentist in California no matter where I lived or traveled because of the trust and professionalism of the dentist. However, this is one that is most deserving of one! I saw Dr. Martin and her team for some dental work this afternoon and it was by far a great experience. Dr. Martin is very personable and professional. She explains everything clearly and gives you options, as well as educated explanations of each. She, Rose and EK (dental assistants) all are also very compassionate. You can tell ... read more

The staff and Dr. Allen Block are amazing at the Peoria office. I can't say enough about the kind care and support they have given my dad. I can't thank them enough for their help. Great job! If your wondering if you should pick this office for your dental needs, then stop wondering and book your apt. Crystal

Hi , I went to clean my teeth where I was covered by insurance but they charged me $40 . My insurance informed me that I was not supposed to to pay them any money and I was covered fully . It was hard to get my money back from them when I confronted them . They told me the insurance company was closed when it wasn’t . It was really hard to deal with them and the most dishonest and unfriendly stuff . I never went back to them. Ever since I feel obligated to write a review to let others know about it .

worst dental experience ever with Dr. Jaewoong Jang. At the first appointment I was asked to give myself a good 2 hours or more because usually the first appointment requires a deep cleaning procedure. This should have been a red flag for me. They already decided that I needed a deep clean before they even saw my teeth. I refused the deep cleaning, so they offered wisdom teeth removal. This office has no compassion you if you are in severe pain, I was seen last week and voiced the level of pain of was suffering from a back tooth. The acted like they cared and said I was in good hands...but when the treatment bill came up and I couldn't pay half of a 1300 bill I was not given the same treatment. As a matter of fact the rushed me out telling me they would give me antibiotics until I knew what I was going to do. I found out they never intended to put the prescription through. My crown only lasted 1 year. I was told by my current dentist it was improperly installed. I tried to get some sort of refund, but they would only offer to fix it for free. I did not want them doing any further work and make matters worse.
