The reason I gave Dentists of Vail 1 star is because of the lack of integrity. It seemed at my visits there was always more work that I needed (always more crowns approx. $800 out of pocket, an $3500 out of pocket implant which I did have done etc.) which are very expensive compared to other dentists. I don't need "Tesla" crowns, I am fine with "Target" crowns. I am very disappointed with this dental office. The dentists are great, however, the office staff does not listen to the information they are given and they do not communicate properly. I explained every time I visited this office that my Medicare insurance plan only pays for two cleanings, one set of X-rays, and some fillings per year. When they insisted on additional X-rays, knowing they would not be covered, they said that was ok, and that they wouldn't charge me for them, which they did not, so they were very aware of wh... read more
