Had a permanent crown placed at this facility in Dec 2024 for it to pop off 2 months later. Brought it back to the office to get it put back on in Feb 2025 for it to only last until May 2025 when it popped off again while I was eating and i chewed it into pieces. Went back days later for them to put a completely new crown in with “longer walls” since the last one was too short and was told this one should work. Well, Feb 2026, guess what broke into pieces! I have been searching for dental care for a while. This was the first practice that took me in and treated me with kindness and respect. They were very organized and before I left, I had a team of dentists planning my care. Everyone I met there was friendly and accommodating. I look forward to working with them in the future.
