My daughter received excellent care at this office. We were very pleased with the oral surgeon who removed her wisdom teeth and I was happy they offered a payment plan. I am giving them one star because of the office staff being incapable of correcting a billing mistake. If you use this dentist I recommend payment in full at the time of service because the office staff is incompetent. This office double billed me in July. I went in for what I thought was going to be a regular cleaning. I was told horrible things about aggressive bacteria in my mouth and how it was aggressively causing bone loss. I was then pressured to get a deep cleaning that day or as soon as possible. Along with lazer treatments to kill the bacteria. The needed treatment was over 3k of course billed to my insurance. I had a wonderful experience and have been recommending this dentist to friends and family. Shelbi did a wonderful job explaining insurance information and cost. Kiara was kind and professional and offered great customer service. I had a cleaning and wisdom teeth removed, I was a bit scared at first because I hadn’t had dental work in a long time but the girls reassured me and the dentist did an amazing job.
The staff were out standing, and caring !
Great girls working here! All very professional and sweet. I was running late to my 3pm appointment and she gave me directions til i was at the door, and chatted with me for a while. The assistant told me and showed me the different dentures they offer
