Dr Maryam and Lead dental Assistant Sonia are top notch professionals. They explain each step so well that it made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They also accept all Delta Dental plans which is remarkable. Overall, pleasant experience.
Warm, kind, and talented professionals really enhance the experience here. I felt welcome since I attended my first appointment. My treatment plan was clearly explained to me, and Dr. Perez always checked in with me during my sessions. Dr. Perez is thorough and always ensures she provides the best care. I've also had Dr. Farrah, Dilfuza, and Krista support me with another crown and they were so warm, supportive, and helpful. They always checked in with me and gave me breaks during my procedure. I am So thankful for my experience with Dentist of San Ramon, Krista the Practice Manager is incredible she’s very knowledgeable about the insurance process and hard working,…she scheduled me the day before as my Mom was seen a few days earlier and she was very pleased with her visit with Dr. Maryam! Dr. Nafiseh Ghafouri was phenomenal! She was so nice to me and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. She explained everything step by step and always checked in to see how I was feeling, which really put me at ease. Her assistant was also very friendly and caring. I also had a cleaning with Dr. Erica Flores , who did a great job. The receptionist was wonderful too!! she explained all the payments clearly and even helped set up a plan that worked for me.
